1. We (Belron UK Limited) will hold and process any personal data (including sensitive personal data) collected for the purpose of administering the Website and/or Portal in accordance with the current General Data Protection Legislation (GDPR 2018).

• In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets;

We will never retain your personal information for longer than is necessary, candidates who submit data, but are unsuccessful in their application will have their data retained for 12months and then deleted.
