In 2007, we became the first vehicle glass repair and replacement company to offer an online booking service. In 2015, Autoglass® led the industry once again, pioneering the introduction of our Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration service. In 2018, we launched our first own-brand product: Rain Repel, the Advanced Windscreen Kit.

Their ever-changing requirements are the driving force behind the development of all our products, technologies and support services. In 2017, Belron acquired several businesses carrying out Auto Damage Repair and Replacement (ADRR) and Home Damage Repair and Replacement (HDRR). In addition, it manages vehicle glass and other insurance claims on behalf of insurance customers. Belron served 17.8 million consumers in 2018, in 34 countries with a focus on service quality generating a very high level of customer satisfaction.
Every two years, technicians from across Belron compete to be crowned the 'Best of Belron' in a demonstration of their skills in front of hundreds of colleagues, suppliers and partners around the world. Since its creation in 2000, the Best of Belron competition has enabled Belron to instil a one-way approach to fitting and repairing glass, known as ‘the Belron Way of Fitting’.
