Who are we?

Since 1972, Autoglass® has been proud to provide mobile vehicle glass services to UK customers, and over the years we’ve become a household name and national Superbrand. In 1982, we became part of the world’s largest vehicle glass replacement business upon joining Belron® Group. In 1990, Autoglass® revolutionised the vehicle glass industry by introducing the first ever vehicle glass repair service (Glass Medic®), thanks to a technical innovation introduced by Belron®.

Industry Leaders

In 2007, we became the first vehicle glass repair and replacement company to offer an online booking service. In 2015, Autoglass® led the industry once again, pioneering the introduction of our Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration service. In 2018, we launched our first own-brand product: Rain Repel, the Advanced Windscreen Kit.

Established in 1975, Laddaw® is our wholesale glass business built around our customers. Our goal is to respond to our customers’ needs as quickly and effectively as possible. Their ever-changing requirements are the driving force behind the development of all our products, technologies and support services. Through our purpose-built distribution centre we offer our customers access to a great range of products.

Every day there are over 15,000 products handled across the company’s network of 18 branches and main distribution centre near Coalville in Leicestershire.

Our UK-wide network allows the company to supply the highest-quality products and service that customers need in order to provide the best possible service to their own customers.

About Belron®

As part of Belron Group our purpose is to make a difference with real care. Belron is the world leader in Vehicle Glass Repair, Replacement and Recalibration (VGRRR) with unrivalled brands - including Carglass®, Safelite® and Autoglass®. Building on its existing capability and expertise, Belron is expanding its services to focus on solving problems for people who need assistance with damage repairs.

In 2017, Belron acquired several businesses carrying out Home Damage Repair and Replacement (HDRR). In addition, it manages vehicle glass and other insurance claims on behalf of insurance customers. Belron served 14.9 million consumers in 2020, in 40 different countries with a focus on service quality generating a NPS of 84.9 for customer satisfaction.

Best of Belron Competition

Every two years, technicians from across Belron compete to be crowned the 'Best of Belron' in a demonstration of their skills in front of hundreds of colleagues, suppliers and partners around the world. Since its creation in 2000, the Best of Belron competition has enabled Belron to instil a one-way approach to fitting and repairing glass, known as ‘the Belron Way of Fitting’. This means customers can expect the same exceptional levels of service world wide, thanks to the constantly evolving processes, tools and materials we have developed over one hundred years. Overall, we want to inspire and motivate every one of our technicians to achieve the same levels of excellence as our winning technician, and ultimately further benefit the millions of customers we serve each year.
